Yes, on every rental. It covers damage, missing items, excess cleaning, or late returns, and it's released once your gear comes back and passes inspection.

Cancel at least 72 hours ahead for a refund minus a 15% fee. Inside that window, cancellations aren't refundable. We'll try to reschedule when we can, though it depends on availability.
